You have 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly in building scalable and resilient cloud-based applications. Your expertise in Java and cloud technologies has equipped you to tackle complex challenges in a fast-paced environment. You thrive on collaboration and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your strong problem-solving skills enable you to identify gaps in functional and technical requirements and propose effective solutions. You are passionate about creating outstanding user experiences and have a keen eye for detail in web-based enterprise applications. As a technical leader, you are committed to mentoring others and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team.
Desirable
Experience with orchestration technologies and SaaS platforms is a plus. Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices will help you excel in this role. You are open to learning new technologies and methodologies to enhance your skill set and contribute to the team's success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design, build, and maintain full-stack platform components that are highly scalable and resilient. You will lead the development of a new cloud-native secrets management solution, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers while adhering to best practices in software engineering. Your responsibilities will include reviewing functional and technical requirements, identifying gaps, and proposing simplifications to enhance the overall design. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver a seamless user experience for our enterprise applications. As a bar-raiser for quality, you will take end-to-end ownership of your projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet the highest standards.
