What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary architectural lead on the Zuora billing and revenue systems, overseeing all aspects of the application. You will manage the deployment and operational management of Zuora, ensuring that it aligns with the company’s billing and revenue strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing policies and procedures that support efficient billing processes, as well as integrating Zuora with other systems like Salesforce. You will collaborate with the Business Applications team to enhance the user experience for customers and ensure accurate billing operations. Additionally, you will analyze system performance and implement improvements to streamline processes. You will also be responsible for training and supporting team members in utilizing the Zuora system effectively, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
