BigID is hiring a Solutions Engineer to expand their Solutions Engineering team in Seattle. You'll work closely with innovative companies to leverage BigID’s platform for data security and compliance. This role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to influence customer decisions.

Who you are
You have a strong background in solutions engineering or presales, with a focus on data security, compliance, and AI data management. Your experience allows you to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that customer needs are met with innovative solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about leveraging technology to drive business innovation and customer trust.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can exercise independent judgment with little or no oversight. Your ability to build relationships with clients and understand their unique challenges is key to your success in this role. What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at BigID, you will work closely with potential customers to understand their data security and compliance needs. You will leverage your technical expertise to influence customer decisions and demonstrate the value of BigID’s platform. Your role will involve collaborating with sales and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions that address customer challenges and drive business outcomes.
You will participate in customer meetings, providing technical insights and guidance throughout the sales process. Your ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner will be essential in building trust with clients. You will also contribute to the development of technical documentation and resources that support the sales team in their efforts to engage with customers effectively.
