What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and refine LLMs to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions — your work will involve optimizing prompt design to ensure accurate outputs that meet customer needs. You will create scalable LLM/RAG frameworks tailored to enhance customer service scheduling, ensuring that Binance maintains its competitive edge in the market. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems, contributing to the overall strategy of the company.

You will also be responsible for conducting experiments to evaluate the performance of AI models, iterating on designs based on feedback and results — your analytical skills will be crucial in assessing the impact of AI solutions on business outcomes. As part of a remote team, you will participate in regular meetings and brainstorming sessions to share insights and drive innovation within the organization.
