You have extensive experience in information security, particularly in developing and implementing security strategies for product lines. You possess a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem, which allows you to navigate the unique security challenges faced by digital asset platforms. Your ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders is a key strength, enabling you to advocate for necessary security measures effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will report to the Global Chief Security Officer and be responsible for developing a comprehensive information security strategy tailored to one of Binance's leading product lines. You will ensure that all security protocols are robust and compliant with regulatory standards, thereby safeguarding user funds and maintaining trust in the Binance platform. You will lead initiatives to enhance security measures, conduct risk assessments, and implement best practices across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with product teams to integrate security considerations into the product development lifecycle, ensuring that security is a fundamental aspect of all offerings. Additionally, you will monitor emerging threats and vulnerabilities in the cryptocurrency space, adapting strategies as necessary to mitigate risks. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of security awareness within the organization.
