You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless operations. You have a solid understanding of performance-critical applications and are adept at troubleshooting complex issues in real-time production environments.

You possess a deep understanding of DevOps and SRE practices, having implemented best practices in monitoring, incident management, and system reliability. Your analytical mindset enables you to identify potential issues before they impact users, and you are skilled at validating solutions in production settings. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of building and evolving Binance's internal monitoring and alerting systems. You will design and implement tools that provide real-time insights into system performance, ensuring that our high-load, real-time production systems run smoothly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance system reliability.

You will be responsible for testing and validating solutions in real production environments, ensuring that they meet the high standards expected by our users. Your role will involve continuous improvement of our monitoring tools, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization. You will also play a key role in incident management, working to resolve issues quickly and effectively while minimizing downtime.
