You have 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure and automation. Your expertise in AWS allows you to design and implement scalable solutions that meet the demands of a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. You are well-versed in creating OAuth services and have a solid understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including ACLs and RBAC.

Your experience with microservices architecture and serverless deployment enables you to contribute effectively to the development of Biofourmis' AI-driven platform. You understand core security concepts, particularly the OWASP Top 10, and are committed to implementing best practices to safeguard sensitive patient data. Your background in the healthcare sector gives you insight into HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance in the ingestion, processing, storage, and serving of patient data.

What you'll do

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Biofourmis, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our AI-driven healthcare platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines that streamline our development processes. Your responsibilities will include managing cloud infrastructure, optimizing deployment strategies, and ensuring the reliability and security of our applications.

You will work closely with software engineers to support the development of microservices and serverless applications, providing guidance on best practices for scalability and performance. Your expertise in security will be vital as you implement measures to protect patient data and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise. You will leverage your knowledge of AWS services to optimize costs and improve efficiency across our infrastructure. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
