You possess strong organizational skills that allow you to manage vehicle operations efficiently, including inspection, rotation, and check-in/out processes. Your ability to identify issues and perform small repairs on vehicles demonstrates your hands-on approach and technical knowledge. You are proactive in supporting inventory management and the organization of tools, parts, and vehicles, ensuring that everything is in its right place for optimal workflow.
What you'll do
As a Warehouse Supervisor at Bird, you will onboard, train, and lead a team of Mechanics, assigning daily tasks to ensure workflow efficiency. You will maintain a cohesive team environment, integrating new Mechanics into the team seamlessly. Your role will involve evaluating team performance and providing feedback to the market manager, ensuring that all operational compliance and safety standards are upheld. You will conduct quality checks on vehicles before their deployment, ensuring that Bird riders are provided with the safest vehicles possible.
In addition to overseeing daily operations, you will manage vehicle operations, including inspections and rotations, and support inventory management. You will also be responsible for documenting completed quality checks for vehicles and parts, ensuring accurate records are maintained. Your hands-on approach will allow you to identify issues and perform small repairs on vehicles in the field, contributing to the overall success of the service center.
