What you'll do

As a Senior Data Scientist on the Growth Product team, you will analyze large datasets using SQL and other data tools to uncover insights that drive product strategy. You will partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to design experiments that test hypotheses and inform decision-making. Your work will directly impact seller outcomes, contributing to Block's overarching goal of economic empowerment. You will be responsible for facilitating data-driven discussions and providing recommendations based on your analyses. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior data scientists, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their roles.
