What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and grow the FinPlat data engineering team, focusing on building and maintaining the financial data warehouse and lakehouse foundations. You will oversee the development of data pipelines that support various financial operations, ensuring that data is accurate, timely, and accessible to stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include defining the strategy for data architecture and ensuring that the team delivers high-quality data products that meet the needs of finance, product, and other partner teams.

You will collaborate closely with other departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will involve setting performance metrics for data quality and team productivity, as well as implementing best practices for data management and engineering.

You will also be responsible for driving innovation within the team, exploring new technologies and methodologies that can improve data processing and analytics capabilities. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the data engineering team.
