What you'll do

As the Operational Risk Lead, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing a comprehensive operational risk management program for Square Financial Services, Inc. You will establish operational risk policies and procedures that align with regulatory requirements and best practices. Your role will involve conducting risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate identified risks, ensuring the bank operates within a safe and compliant framework.

You will collaborate with various teams across the organization to promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance. This includes providing training and guidance on risk management practices and ensuring that all employees understand their roles in managing operational risks. You will also be responsible for reporting on risk management activities to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
