What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP. You will oversee the preparation of SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K, ensuring that all disclosures are accurate and complete. You will collaborate closely with the VP, Corporate Controller, and other team members to streamline the financial reporting process and enhance the overall efficiency of the accounting function.

You will play a key role in preparing the company for public market compliance, guiding the organization through the complexities of financial audits. Your responsibilities will include managing the annual and quarterly consolidated financial audit process, coordinating with external auditors, and addressing any issues that arise during the audit. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
