Who you are

You have 5 to 15 years of professional experience in software development, specifically with a strong focus on Java. Your expertise in Java and Spring Framework allows you to build scalable and secure applications that meet high-performance standards. You are familiar with test-driven development (TDD) practices, ensuring that your code is robust and reliable.

Your experience extends to working with SQL databases, where you have written complex queries to support application functionality. You understand the intricacies of financial systems and have a preference for experience in banking and investment domains, which equips you to handle critical operations effectively.

You are knowledgeable about multi-threading and have experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ. This background enables you to design systems that are efficient and responsive under load. You are also familiar with Agile and Scrum methodologies, which help you thrive in collaborative environments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop, manage, and enhance enterprise-level Java applications, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients. You will leverage the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security, to create scalable solutions that are both secure and efficient.

You will be responsible for writing and optimizing SQL queries to support application functionality and performance. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive business success.

You will also engage in code reviews and mentor junior developers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Your contributions will directly impact the development of complex financial systems that are critical to our clients' operations.
