What you'll do

As the Principal Data & BI Architect, you will lead the end-to-end migration of enterprise reporting from MicroStrategy to Tableau Cloud. This involves defining the target BI architecture and establishing patterns and guardrails for report and dashboard development. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure that the migration is seamless and does not disrupt business operations.

You will develop processes for automation and AI enablement, driving improvements in delivery quality and performance. Your role will require you to mentor team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives, ensuring that the data products delivered on Databricks meet the needs of the organization.
