Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in mobile application development, particularly with iOS and Android platforms — you've built and launched successful apps that prioritize user experience and functionality. Your expertise in programming languages such as Java and Swift allows you to create robust applications that meet the needs of enterprise users.

You are familiar with cross-platform frameworks like React Native, enabling you to develop applications that work seamlessly across different devices — your understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns ensures that your apps are scalable and maintainable. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software.

You possess strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail — you are adept at debugging and optimizing applications to enhance performance and user satisfaction. Your passion for technology drives you to stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development, and you are eager to implement new features that leverage AI capabilities.

Desirable

Experience with enterprise-level applications is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud services like AWS or Azure — you understand the importance of security and compliance in mobile applications, especially in a corporate setting.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define the mobile strategy and ensure alignment with our overall product vision.

You will be responsible for the entire mobile development lifecycle, from concept to deployment — this includes writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers to foster their growth. You will also collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces that enhance user engagement.

In addition to development, you will analyze user feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve our applications — your insights will help shape future iterations and ensure that our mobile offerings remain competitive in the market. You will also participate in strategic discussions about the integration of AI features into our mobile platform, contributing your technical expertise to drive innovation.
