What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Canvas Logic and Execution team, you will oversee the full platform lifecycle of Canvas, Braze's flagship product for marketing automation workflows. You will lead a talented group of engineers, guiding them in refining the platform based on user feedback and strategic goals. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the platform meets the needs of users while maintaining high performance and reliability.

You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, helping them grow in their careers while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. You will also play a key role in defining the technical direction of the team, ensuring that the engineering practices align with the company's objectives.
