You possess Salesforce Administrator Certification, which demonstrates your commitment to mastering the platform and your ability to leverage its features effectively. Your experience in a high-growth technology or financial services company has equipped you with the skills to navigate fast-paced environments and adapt to changing business needs.

You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Support, and Operations. Your communication skills enable you to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.

You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem, and you take the initiative to implement solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Desirable

Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications is a plus, as it allows you to enhance the functionality of the Salesforce platform further. What you'll do

As a Salesforce Administrator II at Brex, you will play a crucial role in configuring and maintaining the Salesforce ecosystem that powers our Sales, Support, and Operations teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Your responsibilities will include automating complex processes, ensuring data quality, and implementing best practices for system usage.

You will collaborate with the Salesforce Engineering team to build scalable solutions that enhance the overall user experience. This may involve customizing Salesforce features, creating reports and dashboards, and providing training to users on new functionalities. Your ability to analyze system performance will help identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization efforts.
