What you'll do

As the Senior Engineer for the Brex Assistant, you will take ownership of the technical direction and implementation of this AI-powered product. You will lead the rollout of the Assistant experience, defining what success looks like and sequencing capabilities to enhance user interaction. Your role will involve working closely with product managers and designers to ensure that the Assistant meets user needs and aligns with Brex's overall strategy.

You will be responsible for optimizing workflows and managing the integration of AI agents into the Brex platform, ensuring that they deliver actionable insights and automate complex financial operations.
