You are an experienced operations professional with a strong background in managing Political Action Committees (PACs). You thrive in environments that require precision and judgment, and you have a proven track record of independently managing complex workflows. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders and external vendors.
You possess a proactive mindset and are execution-focused, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive efficiency within the Policy & Advocacy function. Your ability to navigate fast-paced environments makes you an ideal candidate for this role, where adaptability and quick decision-making are essential.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own core department operations and coordination, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will support the operations of BridgeBioβs PAC, which includes overseeing compliance processes and coordinating with external vendors responsible for day-to-day administration. Your responsibilities will also involve collaborating with various teams to align operational strategies with the overall goals of the organization.
You will be tasked with developing and implementing operational strategies that enhance the effectiveness of the Policy & Advocacy function. This includes identifying areas for improvement and leading initiatives to streamline workflows. Your role will be critical in ensuring that the department meets its objectives while adhering to compliance standards.
What we offer
BridgeBio offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $200,000 USD, reflecting the importance of this role within the organization.
