What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the delivery and adoption of AI-enabled solutions that enhance BridgeBio's operations across research and development, general administration, and commercial functions. You will scope high-impact use cases and oversee the development of rapid prototypes, ensuring they are effectively scaled and integrated into existing workflows. You will partner with various stakeholders to identify and remove operational bottlenecks, implement practical AI copilots, and establish metrics to measure the success of these initiatives. Your leadership will be crucial in driving change management efforts, ensuring that AI becomes a sustainable advantage for the company and ultimately benefits the patients we serve.

What we offer
