Who you are

You have experience in creative design, ideally with a focus on branding and communication strategies. You are fluent in Adobe products such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and you are comfortable using Microsoft Office programs like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Your understanding of web design standards and concepts allows you to create engaging digital experiences. You are a self-starter who brings new ideas to the table, helping clients achieve their employee engagement goals through innovative design solutions.

What you'll do

As a Creative Designer at Businessolver, you will be responsible for designing a variety of materials including benefit guides, postcards, posters, newsletters, emails, and web landing pages. You will ensure that all designs align with client brand standards, utilizing approved imagery, colors, and logos. You will collaborate closely with the Consumer Experience team to understand client needs and develop creative solutions that enhance communication strategies. Your role will involve staying updated on design trends and best practices to continually improve the quality of deliverables. You will also be tasked with creating digital web experiences using drag-and-drop editors, ensuring that all designs are user-friendly and visually appealing.
