You are systems-savvy and have experience in preparing monthly and quarterly reports, including variance and expense trends. Your ability to communicate findings clearly to leadership is a key strength, and you thrive in cross-functional partnerships that turn variance into actionable insights. You are detail-oriented and maintain disciplined data hygiene in your analyses, ensuring accuracy and reliability in your work. You have a proactive approach to identifying financial drivers and potential levers for improvement, making you a valuable asset to any finance team.

What you'll do

As a Financial Analyst at Businessolver, you will play a critical role within the Finance organization — you will partner closely with internal resources to synthesize complex financial and operational information. Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly and quarterly reporting, focusing on variance, headcount, and expense trends, and communicating your findings to leadership. You will actively participate in quarterly forecasts and annual planning processes, conducting deep dive analyses into business lines to understand their drivers and identify opportunities for enhancing financial performance. You will be expected to leverage your analytical skills to turn variance into action, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making. Your expertise in expense and headcount management will position you as a subject matter expert within designated functions, allowing you to contribute significantly to the company's financial success.
