Your experience includes working with SQL and data visualization tools, and you are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful analytics projects. What you'll do
As a Data Science Manager at Cabify, you will lead a team of over 30 SQL and data visualization specialists, guiding them in delivering high-impact insights and analytics products. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and prioritize projects accordingly. Your role will involve defining data models and reporting frameworks that support the analytics objectives of various business units.
You will be a technical reference for your team, leading complex data initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of analytics projects. Your hands-on approach will allow you to stay involved in data exploration and technical execution while also focusing on mentoring and developing your team members. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations teams, using agile methodologies to drive the delivery of actionable insights.
