You have extensive experience in providing legal advice, particularly in the context of business operations and regulatory compliance. Your ability to anticipate the needs of internal teams allows you to lead key projects independently, ensuring that all legal aspects are covered. You possess a strong problem-solving mindset, enabling you to tackle complex legal issues with confidence and autonomy.
Your expertise spans various areas, including Growth, Marketing, Operations, Sustainability, and Finance, which are crucial for the global expansion of ride-hailing services. You are skilled in preparing, reviewing, and modifying contracts to support commercial activities, ensuring that all agreements align with legal standards and business objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead legal projects and provide strategic legal advice to various business teams. You will be responsible for anticipating legal needs and developing action plans to address them effectively. Your role will involve advising on strategic initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, which will directly impact business metrics.
You will also manage contractual agreements, preparing and modifying contracts as necessary to facilitate business operations.
