You have a strong background in payroll accounting and are passionate about building efficient processes that ensure accuracy and transparency. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including People Operations and Accounting. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to manage month-end closes and strengthen internal controls effectively.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to partner closely with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders. You enjoy turning complexity into clarity and are dedicated to helping teams succeed through improved processes. Your attention to detail and commitment to governance make you an ideal fit for this role.
What you'll do
As the Manager, Payroll Accounting at Camunda, you will lead the payroll accounting function, ensuring that all payroll-related accounts are accurate and transparent. You will own the month-end close process for payroll, working closely with various teams to strengthen controls and improve processes. Your role will involve collaborating with People Operations, Accounting, and FP&A to ensure seamless payroll operations.
You will also be responsible for developing best practices in payroll accounting and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your leadership will help foster a culture of trust and accountability within the payroll team, enabling them to deliver high-quality results consistently.
