Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, with a strong background in managing cloud infrastructure and ensuring system reliability. Your expertise in Kubernetes allows you to design and maintain scalable systems that meet the demands of enterprise applications. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and have a solid understanding of CI/CD practices, which you apply to streamline deployment processes. Your collaborative nature enables you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all aspects of the infrastructure are optimized for performance and reliability.

You are familiar with monitoring and alerting tools, which you use to maintain system health and respond to incidents swiftly. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions. You understand the importance of governance in enterprise-grade systems and are committed to maintaining high standards of reliability and security in your work.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of Camunda's mission to empower businesses through reliable automation. You will design and maintain our Kubernetes-based infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the needs of our customers. Your responsibilities will include implementing best practices for system reliability and performance, as well as collaborating with engineering teams to enhance our multi-cloud platform. You will proactively identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to optimize our infrastructure.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that our deployment processes are efficient and reliable. Your role will involve monitoring system performance and responding to incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience. You will work closely with other engineers to share knowledge and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
