What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the adoption of Camunda's automation solutions post-sales. You will lead implementations, ensuring that clients can effectively utilize the technology to achieve their business goals. Your role will involve coaching engineers and architects, helping them make informed architecture decisions, and unblocking teams to deliver outcomes quickly. You will collaborate closely with customer teams to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive operational efficiency and elevate customer experiences. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of Camunda's consulting practices, sharing insights and best practices with your colleagues.
