What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the BootStack team, you will lead a group of engineers responsible for the day-to-day management of customer environments. You will oversee the design, implementation, and operation of modern distributed systems on private infrastructure, ensuring that your team delivers exceptional service to clients.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategy and execution, driving the success of Canonical's open source products. Your role will involve mentoring engineers, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating professional development opportunities to help your team thrive.
