What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of automation solutions that enhance Careem's service offerings. You will program manage projects that utilize AI to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to identify experience gaps and opportunities for automation, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy effective solutions.

You will be hands-on in managing impactful projects, ensuring that they align with Careem's mission to simplify and improve lives across the region. Your role will involve working closely with the Care Analytics, Automation, and Project Management team to leverage data and technology in innovative ways. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
