What you'll do

In this role, you will own and lead the full captain acquisition process, ensuring that Careem has a robust supply of drivers to meet customer demand. You will initiate and manage onboarding conversations with third-party logistics partners and logistics suppliers, aligning captain supply with operational needs. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to enhance the onboarding process, ensuring that new captains are effectively integrated into the Careem platform. You will also coordinate with various teams to ensure operational readiness and availability of captains, acting as the central hub for supplier coordination. You will analyze market trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the captain acquisition process. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative environment where team members can thrive and contribute to Careem's mission of simplifying lives in the Middle East.
