Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in consumer-facing products within high-scale B2C environments. You possess a strong track record of building user-centric experiences and have a deep understanding of the complexities involved in multi-vertical platforms. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data, sets you apart. You are a curious problem-solver, especially interested in applying AI to enhance product offerings, although this is not a strict requirement. You thrive in environments where you can lead critical customer journeys and make impactful decisions.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Careem, you will own the in-ride experience or the multi-vertical experience, depending on business needs. You will lead the development of features that define how users interact with Careem, from booking rides to tracking orders. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to shape the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring that the product meets user needs and business objectives. You will be responsible for defining metrics for success, conducting user research, and iterating on product features based on feedback and data analysis. You will also play a key role in prioritizing the product roadmap and aligning it with the company's strategic goals.
