You possess a valid driverβs license and can read, write, speak, and understand English, which is essential for communication within the team and with customers. You are eager to learn and grow in your role, and you appreciate the opportunity for training programs that Carvana offers to enhance your skills and pay as the company progresses.
What you'll do
As an Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing light bodywork on vehicles, which includes prepping, sanding, and buffing. You will also be involved in removing and installing bumpers, conducting minor plastic welding, and executing small area bodywork, including Bondo repair. Your role is crucial in ensuring that vehicles are in top condition before they reach customers, contributing to Carvana's mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will work in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to carry out your tasks efficiently.
