Overview
Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Auto Technician to perform light to medium automotive repairs and diagnostics. You'll work on various vehicle systems including radiators, timing belts, and climate control. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience, which has equipped you with the skills necessary to perform light to medium automotive repairs and minimal diagnostics on vehicles. Your expertise includes working on general automotive repairs such as radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems. You are familiar with completing repairs for wheel bearings and axles, as well as carrying out vehicle climate control repair and replacement for ACs and heater cores. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary.
Desirable
While not required, having ASE certifications or experience with high-tech automotive tools would be advantageous. You are someone who values continuous learning and growth, and you appreciate the opportunity for training programs that can enhance your skills and pay as you progress within the company.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Level Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing a variety of automotive repairs and diagnostics on our vehicles. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting general automotive repairs, ensuring that vehicles are in optimal condition for our customers. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, which allows you to deliver high-quality service efficiently. You will also be expected to collaborate with your team to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner, contributing to the overall mission of delivering great vehicles when expected.
