Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience, demonstrating your ability to handle a variety of automotive issues. Your expertise includes performing general automotive repairs such as working on radiators, timing belts, alignments, and suspension systems. You are comfortable completing repairs for wheel bearings and axles, as well as carrying out vehicle climate control repair and replacement for ACs and heater cores. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary.

You thrive in a high-tech environment and are eager to use state-of-the-art tools in one of Carvana's Inspection Centers. What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing light to medium automotive repairs on a variety of vehicles. This includes diagnosing issues and executing repairs on critical systems such as radiators, timing belts, and suspension systems. You will also be tasked with completing repairs for wheel bearings and axles, ensuring that vehicles meet safety and performance standards.

In addition to mechanical repairs, you will handle vehicle climate control systems, including the repair and replacement of ACs and heater cores. Your role will require you to work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will also participate in training programs to enhance your skills and keep up with the latest automotive technologies.
