You have at least 1 year of professional experience in wheel and rim repair, demonstrating your ability to handle deep wheel damage effectively. Your hands-on experience with wheel repair machines and painting techniques makes you a valuable addition to our team. You are eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry, and you appreciate the importance of using state-of-the-art tools to deliver high-quality repairs. You possess a valid driverβs license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring smooth collaboration with your colleagues.
What you'll do
As an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage and ensuring that each wheel meets our high standards of quality. You will utilize advanced wheel repair machines to restore wheels to their original condition, applying paint and clear-coat finishes as needed. You will work closely with other technicians in our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to a team environment that values precision and efficiency. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
