You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience, demonstrating your ability to engage with customers effectively and provide exceptional service. You are ready to embrace the 'Hauler-Life' and contribute to reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process. Your open availability allows you to work various shifts, including weekends, ensuring that you can meet the needs of the business and our customers. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, meeting the requirements for this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to be part of a team that values community involvement and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers, ensuring that each delivery is a positive experience. You will engage with customers upon delivery, answering any questions they may have and ensuring their satisfaction with the service provided. You will also be involved in community activities, representing Carvana and building relationships that enhance our brand image. Your role will require you to maintain a flexible schedule, as you will be expected to work various shifts throughout the week. Additionally, you will need to pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card to fulfill the requirements of the position.
