What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles directly to customers, ensuring they receive their cars in excellent condition and with a smile. You will play a crucial role in reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process, making each delivery a memorable experience for customers. Your shifts will vary, requiring flexibility to work from 7 am to 9 pm, including weekends. You will also engage with the local community, representing Carvana and building relationships that foster customer loyalty.

In addition to delivering vehicles, you will be involved in various operational tasks that support the overall customer experience. This may include preparing vehicles for delivery, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns during the delivery process. You will be part of a team that values collaboration and strives to exceed customer expectations at every turn.
