What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles directly to customers, ensuring that each delivery is a positive experience. You will engage with customers upon delivery, providing them with information about their new vehicle and answering any questions they may have. Your role will also involve being an advocate for Carvana in the local community, helping to build a positive brand image. You will work flexible hours, with shifts ranging from 7am to 9pm, and be available to work 7 days a week, with rotating days off. Your commitment to customer service will be key in reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17, with opportunities for significant growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and within your first year, with the potential to earn up to $19 per hour.
