You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years old, which is essential for this role. Your ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is crucial for effective communication with customers and team members alike. What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate, you will be the face of Carvana, delivering happiness to customers as they receive their vehicles. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your role will also involve participating in local community initiatives, helping to build Carvana's reputation as a customer-centric company.

You will be required to work flexible hours, including shifts from 7am to 9pm, and be available to work seven days a week. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about Carvana's services. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the company's growth and success.
