Who you are

You have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1+ years of experience in a customer service role. Your practical experience in maintenance and/or logistics equips you to handle the demands of this entry-level position effectively. You possess strong communication skills, both written and oral, allowing you to interact clearly with team members and leadership. You are comfortable using computers extensively and can sit for extended periods while managing multiple tasks.

What you'll do

As a Transportation Coordinator at Carvana, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks related to nationwide network inquiries and on-road escalation incidents. You will prepare communications for team members and operations leadership, ensuring that all parties are informed about processes and incident resolutions. Your role will involve providing real-time support to drivers and logistics field teams, maintaining route integrity and service levels. You will assist specialists in locating vendors to ensure excellent service while mitigating risks and downtime. Additionally, you will document real-time incidents accurately and communicate their status and resolution plans to logistics field leadership.
