What you'll do
In this role, you will be at the heart of Carvana's customer experience, supporting various teams including Sell to Carvana, Verification, and Customer Experience. You will create exceptional experiences by guiding customers through their journey, whether they are buying or selling a car. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that each interaction is seamless and memorable. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and verifying sensitive customer documentation, driving efficiency and accuracy in your work. You will problem-solve with purpose, using your skills to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively. You will also adapt to new challenges as they arise, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.
