What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles directly to customers, ensuring that each delivery is executed with care and professionalism. You will engage with customers upon delivery, providing them with a seamless experience that reflects Carvana's commitment to customer happiness. Your role will involve not only driving but also interacting with customers to answer any questions they may have about their new vehicle.

You will work closely with the operations team to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure that all vehicles are delivered in a timely manner. Your ability to navigate efficiently and adhere to safety protocols will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will participate in community engagement initiatives, helping to strengthen Carvana's presence in the local area.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $20, with opportunities for performance-based pay increases every 90 days. You will have the chance to grow your earnings based on your performance, with potential increases up to $22 per hour within your first year.
