What you'll do

As a Customer Delivery Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for delivering vehicles directly to customers, ensuring they receive their cars in excellent condition and with a smile. You will work flexible hours, with shifts ranging from 7am to 9pm, and be available to work seven days a week, with rotating days off. Your role will involve not just driving but also interacting with customers, answering their questions, and providing a memorable delivery experience. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process, making every delivery a special occasion.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect to see pay increases every three months, with the potential to earn up to $20/hr within your first year.
