Overview

Carvana is hiring an Experienced Diesel Technician to join their Fleet Maintenance team. You'll work on Class 8 trucks and trailers, ensuring vehicle uptime and safety. This role requires a problem-solver with a passion for vehicle maintenance.

Who you are

You are a skilled Diesel Technician with experience working on Class 8 trucks and trailers. You have a strong problem-solving mindset and are dedicated to ensuring vehicle uptime and safety. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a rapidly growing team.

You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English. You are committed to maintaining high standards in your work and are open to continuous learning and professional development.

What you'll do

As a Diesel Technician at Carvana, you will be a key part of our Fleet Maintenance team, responsible for ensuring that our Class 8 fleet is safe and reliable. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on day cabs and trailers, all under manufacturer warranty, which means you will not be handling major engine overhauls or roadside calls. Your role will involve diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all vehicles meet safety standards.

You will have the opportunity to participate in internal training, including classroom time for DTNA ARC Certification, and you will receive a $500 annual tool allowance to keep your equipment up-to-date. Additionally, you will benefit from a supportive work environment that encourages growth and advancement within the company.
