Who you are

You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English. You are ready to take on various roles, including detailing vehicles, moving them between departments, and inspecting for imperfections.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for detailing vehicles, which includes washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing to ensure they meet Carvana's high standards. As a Lot Attendant, you will move vehicles from one department to another within the inspection center, ensuring smooth operations. You may also take photos of vehicles as a Photobooth Associate, helping customers see the vehicles in their best light.

Additionally, you will inspect the interior and exterior of vehicles as an Inspection Associate, accurately identifying any imperfections or defects. This position requires you to be proactive and efficient, as you will be working during the second shift from Monday to Thursday, 4 PM to 3 AM. You will also be expected to be flexible with your schedule, as mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs.
