Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional experience in wheel and rim repair, demonstrating your ability to handle deep wheel damage effectively. You are comfortable using a wheel repair machine and have experience with painting and clear-coating wheels. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the business's needs, including working mandatory overtime when required. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As an Auto Wheel Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage and ensuring that all repairs meet the company's high standards. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall quality of the vehicles we deliver to our customers. You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and ensure your pay progresses alongside the company. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet customer expectations.
