What you'll do
As an Automotive Rim Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage using specialized wheel repair machines. You will also be tasked with painting and clear-coating wheels to restore them to their original condition. Your role will involve working closely with other technicians and utilizing state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers. You will receive training to enhance your skills and ensure that you are well-equipped to handle various repair tasks.
You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in automotive repair. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you assess the condition of wheels and determine the best repair methods. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training programs that will help you develop your skills and advance your career within the company.
