You are a car enthusiast looking for a part-time opportunity to earn extra money. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least eighteen years of age. You are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and have basic computer skills to assist in your role.

You understand the importance of safety and are committed to following all company policies and procedures while operating motor vehicles. You are a responsible driver who practices conservative and courteous driving habits, ensuring the safety of yourself and others on the road.

What you'll do

As a Sale Day Driver at ADESA, you will help move cars through the auction lanes during sale days. Your primary responsibility will be to drive vehicles across the block while adhering to safety guidelines, including wearing a seatbelt and ensuring vehicles are in park or neutral when stopping. You will stage and park vehicles in the correct lot areas and report any breakdowns or maintenance needs to your supervisor or lane captain immediately.

You will be trained to ensure that you know and practice the company's safety policies at all times. It is crucial that you report any incidents that may jeopardize your ability to operate a motor vehicle, including traffic citations or mechanical problems, to your manager or supervisor without delay. Your role is vital in maintaining a safe and efficient auction environment.

What we offer

This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work one day a week on Fridays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. You will be part of a team that values safety and efficiency in the auction process.
