Who you are

You are an enthusiastic and energetic team player who is self-motivated and eager to build a career in the automotive retail industry. As a Lot Attendant, you understand the importance of maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest standards for customer satisfaction. You are at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license, and can read, write, speak, and understand English.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, coordinating with fellow employees to ensure timely deliveries and a seamless customer experience. Your attention to detail allows you to inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns, ensuring that every vehicle is ready for display.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for washing and vacuuming all inventory on a regular basis, ensuring that each vehicle is presented in the best possible condition. You will complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory, checking fuel levels, safety features, and conducting drivability tests. Your role is crucial in maintaining the overall appearance of the vehicles at our Market Hubs, contributing to the customer experience that Carvana is known for.

You will have the opportunity to progress within the company through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides merit opportunities every 90 days. This means that as you demonstrate your commitment and performance, you can see your pay increase from $15/hr to $16/hr within your first year.
