You are a proactive individual with a strong focus on safety and security. You understand the importance of following protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of your team and the assets you protect. Your open availability allows you to work overnight shifts, and you are committed to being present and attentive during these hours.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with associates, vendors, and visitors. You are an active listener who values dialogue and collaboration, ensuring that everyone feels secure and informed during their time at the facility.
What you'll do
As a Security Associate, you will be responsible for managing the movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center. You will document these movements accurately and ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Conducting routine patrols of the facility will be a key part of your role, allowing you to identify and address any security or safety concerns promptly.
You will become trained and certified in life-saving measures such as first aid, CPR, and AED, ensuring that you are prepared to assist in emergencies. Partnering with your Safe and Secure Team Lead and Manager, you will handle requests related to badge creation and CCTV reviews, contributing to the overall security operations of the facility.
Promoting an incident-ready focus every day will be essential, as you will need to understand and implement the Incident Response Protocol effectively. Your role will be vital in creating a safe environment for all associates and visitors at Carvana.
